オペレーションズ部門では新規物流拠点のレイアウト設計及び立ち上げをリードし、プロセスの最適化を高めることをミッションとしています。物流拠点内の大型設備、マテハン機器、ベルトコンベア、棚類などの導入から設置を効率的に行うために、配置やレイアウトを決定していきます。どのように導入・インストールすれば最も効率的な自動化設備が完成するのかアイデアを出し、現場の意見をヒアリングしながら新規拠点を完成まで導きます。　・ 求められる入出荷能力及び在庫保管能力を実現するため、3PLの設計チームと協業して生産性や保管効率の高いサイトをデザインすること・ 3PLや設備会社と連携し、マテハンの導入計画の立案と実行サポートを行うこと・ 市場にある技術を応用など、革新的なアイデアを用いて在庫保管効率や生産能力を高め、オペレーションコストを改善すること・ 安全基準やエンジニアリング基準を参考に、3PLのレイアウト提案を評価及びアドバイスを行うこと・社内関係者と新規サイトの要件を確認し、キャパシティ計算及び要件に従い、応用可能な技術を検討した上でデザイン要件をまとめる・レイアウトデザイン（マテハン等CAD作図）・3PLや設備会社と工事の手配・進捗状況の確認を行い、必要に応じたサポートを提供
