Job Description:• Work closely with the Country GM to define and articulate the XXX Japan’s transformational organization strategic direction.• Develop and maintain a comprehensive XXX Japan’s country strategic plan, including XXX Japan shared objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).• Act as a hub for various general questions, requests, and projects that come to the Country GM from Global/Region and make necessary communication/request to appropriate departments and people within XXX.• Coordinate ExCom Affiliates visit & Business Reviews with JC/ExCom or other events with global executives• Support for a proper Country governance in collaboration with each department and Committees• Ensure comprehensive progress management of the Japan Transformation Initiative• Manage the progress and impact of XXX Japan Shared objectives (including Sustainability Objectives)• Drive sustainability agenda (DE&I, Ethics, Employee, Planet etc

職務内容■ 職務内容 / Job DescriptionOncology領域におけるPatient Centricity をLeadし、Patient Centric Business Modelの活用を推進する- Business Plan/NSP (National Sales Plan)に対して、Patient Journey (Experience)・Insightを収集し、インプットを実施することで、対患者さん施策をサポートする- Insightに基づき、がん関連情報のDTC Planを立案・実行する　(例：患者さん向けサイト運営、資材作成など)- BSP (Brand Strategy Plan)/NSP (National Sales Plan)に基づき、ブランドごとの患者さん向け施策の実行をサポートする- Patient Advocacyがリードする患者団体との関わりならびにイベント等の活動をサポートする- OBU (Oncology Business Unit) のPatient Centricity Culture醸成のため、他の部門を巻き込みPlanを立案・実行するとともに、MRのPatient Centricityに基づく活動を推進する- DTC予算の策定と管理【勤務地 / Work Location】大阪本社、東京支社
