【Position Purpose / 期待役割】
The End User Computing (EUC) Specialist-Global, plays an essential role in providing reliable, high-performance End-User Computing (EUC) services across our multinational organization.

In this role, you will be a part of the global EUC organization, in charge of resolving complex technical issues, overseeing system performance, and leading technical service improvements.


【Key Responsibilities / 主な職務内容】
• Global EUC Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of global EUC services (i.e. device management, software distribution, endpoint security, ITIL Service Management, etc.)

• Digital Employee Experience (DEX): Utilize DEX platforms to continuously monitor, measure, and optimize digital employee experience and lead proactive service enhancements.

• Modern Workplace & Automation: Drive endpoint automation and administer modern workplace management solutions.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Supervise external service partners, oversee service-level deliveries, and maintain clear communications with diverse cross-functional business stakeholders.

経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】
■ 5+ years of practical experience in EUC environment design and operational management.

■ 2+ years of hands-on operational experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and/or EUC platforms (e.g. SysTrack, Nexthink, Tanium, 1E, ControlUp, Aternity)

■ Language / 言語力:
・Japanese: Native/Fluent (JLPT N1 level or equivalent)
・English: Business-level (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent)

【Nice to Have / 歓迎要件】
・Experienze utilizing modern endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM/MECM.

・Proven track record in project leadership, vendor management, and external service provider governance.
