Randstad, in partnership with a global leading logistic company in Japan office, is seeking a dynamic IT Project Lead /Infrastructure Manager. Serving as the Project Lead for Japan, you will drive critical ITinfrastructure transformations, including office migrations, Microsoft Intune deployments, and theimplementation of MMP security tools across numerous domestic facilities.In this role, you will balance high-level project management with team leadership. You willoversee a small internal IT support team that serves over 1,000 users, acting as the highestpoint of escalation. ■業務内容L2レベルを中心としたITテクニカルサポート（社内PC、物流管理商品使用するスキャナーデバイス関連の問い合わせ対応、Windowsシステムの大規模アップグレードプロジェクトへの参画）

アプリケーションエンジニアの業務内容は、発電所の仕様・要求事項の分析、技術的提案、技術的な質問への対応、日本向け製品の開発(技術仕様の特定、本国との調整)、営業部門の支援などです。以下のような活動を通して、製品の販売促進に貢献します。 テクニカルスペシャリストとして、電話・電子メール・対面ミーティングによる技術的質問への顧客サポート 顧客および電力会社の系統連系要件の理解と、適切な製品・サービスの提案 営業部門との連携による顧客ニーズの総合理解 既存顧客や潜在的な新規顧客とのミーティング時に使用する営業資料の作成への貢献 競合他社の分析と、分析結果に基づく製品・ソリューションの技術的優位性の提案、顧客向け提案資料の作成によるマーケティング資料作成への貢献 マーケティング部門・ソーラーアカデミー担当者との協力による社内外技術トレーニングの作成・提供 業界会議・展示会への参加(必要に応じて) 顧客や電力会社からの要求事項の解釈・判断の担保 経営陣が定義するその他のタスク
