- Strategic IT Leadership:
Serve as a strategic partner and lead onshore/offshore teams to deliver IT initiatives, system upgrades, and complex M&A integrations (including data conversions and process realignment).
- Oracle ERP Cloud Optimization:
Architect scalable solutions and optimize Oracle Supply Chain and Finance applications, balancing local Japan business needs with global corporate standards.
- Continuous Improvement:
Challenge legacy workflows to drive process optimization, enhance system utilization, and establish best-in-class standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- User Empowerment:
Deliver comprehensive system support, training, and troubleshooting to maximize user adoption and operational efficiency across the business.

- 経験・スキル
- - 5+ years of experience with business application and 2+ years of experience with Oracle ERP, especially in supply chain or finance cloud applications.
- Fluency in English and Japanese, you will be expected to communicate with both global and domestic stakeholders.
