Responsibilities:
- Review, triage, assess risk, and execute responses for security-related requests coming from the Technology, Engineering, and Business departments.

- Conduct and support security assessments (due diligence) for external vendors. Organize risks and propose/advise on response policies based on business impact and contractual requirements.

- Appropriately communicate security risks to stakeholders, collaborating with tech teams, related departments, and executive leadership to translate risk mitigation measures into concrete, actionable steps.

- Partner with the internal platform team and the business departments of various studios to identify and help implement information security requirements for projects and initiatives.

- Conduct security assessments on critical systems and high-priority business areas.

Role Overview:
- Taking into account the business operations across Japan and various Asian hubs, you will identify, assess, and make appropriate response decisions for security risks across a wide range of targets: from large-scale platforms to small-scale systems operated by a small number of people.
In this position, you will be able to broaden your perspective on security while acquiring a flexible, business-aligned approach to risk management.

経験・スキル

【Required (MUST)】

- 4+ years of practical experience in information security roles similar to the responsibilities above, or in the following related areas:
- Formulation, deployment, and optimization of information security guidelines.
- IT system risk analysis and formulation of improvement plans.
- Definition, design, and implementation of security requirements in collaboration with system departments.
- When handling security requests, the ability to proactively lead discussions with stakeholders, and autonomously execute requirements gathering, confirmation of alignment with processes/policies, and evaluation of residual risks.
- A technical background in information security, including cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, and new technology areas.
- The ability to understand technical content and appropriately communicate it to stakeholders, as well as the ability to evaluate the security environment and escalate residual risks to executive management.

【Preferred (WANT)】

- Practical experience in information security areas other than the above (experience as a Security Engineer is especially welcome).
- Project management experience in information security-related projects.
- Knowledge and experience in risk management for cloud services.
- Information security-related certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.).
- Knowledge of security-related compliance (PCI DSS, NIST, GDPR, ISO27001, legal affairs, etc.).
