Based in Tokyo, the Technology Analyst is a key driver of the IT services that support our daily corporate operations. Core responsibilities include delivering outstanding end-user support, managing workplace technology, maintaining the local IT environment, and contributing to productivity-enhancing tech projects.

The successful candidate will partner with local users and international IT teams, utilizing strong technical troubleshooting skills and a customer-first approach to keep our technology secure, reliable, and accessible.

Responsibilities:
- End-User & VIP Support: Provide responsive Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for all staff and executives, managing device lifecycles, account onboarding, and incident resolution via ServiceNow for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and meeting room AV.

- Infrastructure Operations: Oversee the daily maintenance of the local IT environment—including Windows servers, networking, and storage—by performing routine monitoring, patching, backup verifications, and troubleshooting in coordination with global infrastructure teams.

- IT Projects & Business Alignment: Partner with business users and international IT groups to plan, test, and deploy regional and global technology initiatives, ensuring new solutions meet operational needs and driving user adoption through training and communication.

- Asset & Compliance Management: Handle local IT procurement, vendor relationships, and hardware/software asset inventories while ensuring all daily operations strictly adhere to corporate IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.

経験・スキル

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–3 years in End User Support, IT Operations, or a related technical role.
- Technical Support: Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and workplace technology in a corporate environment.
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Basic understanding of Windows Server, networking, and general IT infrastructure concepts.
- Soft Skills: Strong customer service orientation, coupled with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Languages: Professional working proficiency in Japanese (for local user and vendor support) and business-level English (for meetings and technical documentation).
- Work Authorization: Must be based in Tokyo with valid legal permission to work and reside in Japan for the duration of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Global Exposure: Prior experience working within a regional or multinational IT environment.
- IT Projects: Experience participating in IT projects, with knowledge of project management or business analysis practices.
- Business Alignment: Track record of coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes.
