Your Role:
As a key member of the Information Systems team, you will be the backbone of this company's internal IT environment. You won’t just be fixing computers; you’ll be empowering the entire team to do their best work without technical friction. You will wear many hats and own a wide range of tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Help Desk Hero: Act as the friendly first point of contact for all internal IT inquiries, resolving support tickets and keeping everyone productive.
- Seamless Onboarding: Provision PCs and mobile devices (kitting) and prep IT environments so new hires and transferring employees can hit the ground running.
- Tech Enablement: Deliver basic, welcoming IT training for new users to get them comfortable with our systems.
- Access Management: Configure and securely administer user accounts and system access rights.
- Asset Tracking: Manage the lifecycle and inventory of all our IT equipment, from laptops to peripherals.
- Tech Procurement: Support the sourcing and purchasing of new IT equipment and software as our team grows.
- Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain clear, easy-to-read IT procedures and user manuals.
- Project Support: Jump in and collaborate on various infrastructure-related initiatives and company-wide IT projects.

- 経験・スキル
- Mandatory Requirements
- Business experience using English and internal communication using Japanese
- 5+ years of experience in internal help desk or corporate IT roles
- Experience with user management and Windows PC provisioning (kitting)
- Experience administering and operating Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience with account creation, permission management, and joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes
- Basic knowledge and experience with network configuration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
- Experience working in a small IT team or as a sole IT representative
- Experience working with global teams
- Experience handling security incidents and escalation processes
- Understanding of ITIL-based operations - 学歴
