About the RoleJoin a global organization as a Test Manager responsible for leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise system releases. Working with regional stakeholders and offshore development teams, you will ensure high-quality software delivery, effective defect management, and continuous improvements to testing processes.Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect resolution, and business sign-off.- Develop test strategies, test plans, success metrics, and release readiness criteria.- Coordinate testing activities with business users, IT teams, and offshore development teams across multiple regions.- Monitor testing progress and communicate project status, risks, issues, and release readiness to stakeholders.- Manage the defect lifecycle, including logging, prioritization, validation, regression testing, and closure using testing tools.- Prepare testi
