Responsibilities産業用ロボット（ロボットアームおよび周辺機器）におけるモーションプランニング、制御、パッキング、システム設計に関する技術的・科学的な難題に取り組む。ピッキング、パッキング、マテリアルハンドリング（搬送）などのロボット操作タスクに向けたアルゴリズムの設計、開発、テストを行う。並行処理（コンカレンシー）を駆使した、パフォーマンスクリティカルなソフトウェアシステムを構築する。C/C++を用いて、ロボットコントローラーや周辺機器とのリアルタイム通信モジュールを実装・最適化する。プロジェクトマネジメントチームやインテグレーションチームと連携し、PoC（概念実証）のサポートや、実際の顧客環境での円滑な技術稼働を担保する。

About the RoleJoin a global organization as a Test Manager responsible for leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise system releases. Working with regional stakeholders and offshore development teams, you will ensure high-quality software delivery, effective defect management, and continuous improvements to testing processes.Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect resolution, and business sign-off.- Develop test strategies, test plans, success metrics, and release readiness criteria.- Coordinate testing activities with business users, IT teams, and offshore development teams across multiple regions.- Monitor testing progress and communicate project status, risks, issues, and release readiness to stakeholders.- Manage the defect lifecycle, including logging, prioritization, validation, regression testing, and closure using testing tools.- Prepare testi
