Role & Responsibilities

In this position, you will be the bridge between technical data architecture and actionable business strategy. You will take ownership of the design, development, and operational improvement of data platforms, dashboards, and reporting systems that support commercial and marketing initiatives. By integrating generative AI into your workflows, you will streamline development processes and empower cross-functional teams to derive precise insights, ultimately shaping how the organization utilizes data to improve operational efficiency and market success.

Main tasks include

Design and maintain robust data integration processes, models, and dashboard environments that unify core business and customer systems.
Establish localized data infrastructure to capture and store unique insights, ensuring seamless connectivity with global platforms.
Develop standardized performance metrics across business units to ensure consistent, data-driven decision-making.
Implement generative AI and automation tools to enhance development efficiency and data analysis capabilities.
Collaborate with international IT teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable technical requirements.
Ensure system stability through proactive monitoring, defect resolution, and thorough documentation.
Requirements
Strong experience with SQL for data processing, modeling, and managing complex data integration pipelines.
Hands-on expertise in developing BI analytics models, reports, and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
Proven experience integrating generative AI into daily workflows for automating data processing, code generation, or troubleshooting.
Demonstrated success in managing data warehouses or data lakes in professional environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
Fluency in Japanese for high-level communication and proficiency in English for international collaboration.
Experience with Python for automating data acquisition and processing is highly valued.
Familiarity with cloud-based data orchestration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory) is a strong plus.
Experience managing version control and release cycles using Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and prioritize effectively.

SQLを用いたデータ処理・データモデリング、および複数のシステムをつなぐデータ連携基盤、データウェアハウスまたはデータレイクの設計・開発・運用経験
Power BIなどを用いたレポート、ダッシュボードまたは分析用データモデルの開発経験
生成AIを、SQLやコードの作成・確認、データ処理や定型作業の自動化、問題の原因調査、技術文書の作成など、日常の開発・運用業務に組み込んだ実務経験
日本語による高いコミュニケーション能力、および海外の関係者と業務を進められる英語力
歓迎要件
Pythonまたは同等の技術を用い、データベースやファイルからのデータ取得、データの加工・照合、定期更新、他システムとのデータ連携などを自動化した経験
Azure Data Factoryなどを用いた、クラウド上のデータ連携・処理の設計、開発または運用経験
Git、GitHub、Azure DevOpsなどを用いた、データ処理・BI開発成果物のバージョン管理やリリース管理の経験
生成AIのAPIを利用し、社内データやBI環境と連携する機能や仕組みを開発した経験
