【Role Summary / 仕事内容】

We are seeking a Payments Program Manager to manage and lead the end-to-end cashless payments ecosystem across our organization.

The scope includes in-store payments (POS, Payment Hardware, Kiosks) as well as online channels (Mobile Order & Pay, Web Platform, and Mobile App).

In this role, you will work closely with IT, In-Store Solutions, Digital/Marketing, Finance, Cybersecurity, Data, and external vendors, to deliver reliable, frictionless, and secure customer payment experience

経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】

■ 3+ years serving in a Project or Program Management role, specifically steering multi-departmental initiatives or payment-focused systems.

■ Practical understanding and hands-on expertise utilizing Agile frameworks and software development lifecycles (SDLC).

■ Able to navigate, integrate, and deliver solutions across diverse technological environments and platforms.

■ Excellent professional communication abilities, both in written documentation and verbal presentations.

■ A client-centric mindset, demonstrating the ability to successfully collaborate with and manage relationships for both internal teams, and external partners.

■ Language / 言語力：Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent), Business-level English
