• Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues related to POS systems and GK-POS Launchpad
• Support SAP Fiori-related operations
• Support store inventory count operations, including handheld terminal master data updates
• Coordinate with the first-level support vendor to resolve incidents
• Manage system accounts for retail store staff
• Procure POS-related equipment and accessories
• Work closely with business teams to identify, discuss, and resolve retail system issues
• Support POS setup (kitting) and deployment for new store openings
• Participate in retail system implementation and improvement projects
• Create operational manuals and deliver training for business teams and store staff

経験・スキル

• Minimum 1 year of experience building or supporting Windows-based POS systems
• Experience supporting business reporting tools
• Minimum 1 year of IT experience within the retail industry
• Data analysis skills
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Experience working in a global company or retail/fashion brand back-office environment
• Business-level Japanese
• Business-level English reading and writing (email communication is sufficient; translation tools are acceptable)
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and customer-focused problem-solving mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
