Role PurposeThe RLT Healthcare System (HCS) Head assumes responsibility for ensuring the readiness of the RLT Healthcare system. This includes establishing a robust imaging infrastructure, developing treatment capacity, shaping RLT policies, and strategizing partnerships. As a Government Affairs Lead, you will lead public activities, mainly on policy development. You will also contribute to the company's policy-focused activities: building relationships with policymakers and providing input to the company's policy activities in Japan. In addition, you will work flexibly with internal company stakeholders to ensure a coordinated company policy approach in Japan. Other tasks include, but are not limited to:• Gather information and analyze policy issues through research, surveys, and interviews. • Develop government affairs strategy and action plans. • Build a strong network with relevant stakeholders and organize appropriate activities and projects through engagement with them.• Investigate the potential for patient groups in Japan, working with colleagues in patient advocacy.• Create appropriate materials, tools, and events to achieve company policy goals in Japan.• Work closely with the internal team, includi

業務内容としては、塗装システム（設備）プロジェクトの実行を主導し、受注した製品対する設計から試運転調整、引き渡し、そして納入後の点検、見積書作成、現地施工までを１つのPJとすると、そのPJ全体に関わっていただきます。よってアフターサービスもの役割も担います。PJの単位は100万単位（以下もある）、土日1回で終わるものから5ー10億、3か月～半年の工期を掛けて行うものまで。（常駐する訳では無く、現地の状況を定期的に見て帰ってくる）
