Direct and oversee the end-to-end performance of high-value material and spare parts delivery to both internal and external customers.

Manage a department of ~20 staff, optimizing organizational structure, protecting employee well-being, and developing retention and upskilling plans.

Oversee local stock performance, fill rates, delivery rates, and collection adequacy.

Implement consistent, profitable replenishment strategies in alignment with global corporate practices.

Strategically manage 3rd party warehousing, distribution partners, and transport carriers.

Manage complex machinery and parts imports into Japan, including transport modes, costs, customs, and insurance.

経験・スキル

Extensive leadership experience in end-to-end supply chain management, complex logistics, and parts order administration.

Proven track record of managing and motivating large cross-functional teams (~20 direct/indirect reports).

Strong background in asset-intensive industries (such as heavy machinery, advanced capital equipment, commercial automotive, or similar complex manufacturing) with a deep understanding of high-value inventory, complex warranties, and repair processes (MRO).

High proficiency in SAP and enterprise order administration tools.

Demonstrated ability to navigate a highly matrixed, global environment, building credibility with senior executives at regional and headquarters levels.

Commercial acumen to manage significant budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and drive KPIs in an environment with high-value inventory and unpredictable demand.
