【 仕事内容 】1. 風力発電設備の保守・点検業務・月例・年次定期点検作業 （メンテナンスマニュアルに基づき所定の点検作業を実施）日常点検作業（目視巡視・ボルトの増し締め・各種機器基の動作確認など日常点検）各報告書作成2. 風力発電機の修理・改良業務突発的修理作業：風力発電機に異常・不具合発生時に原因を究明し、敏速なトラブル解消を実施改良作業：風力発電機の性能・信頼性向上のための改良作業を実施、社内のテクニカル部門と密接に連携しながら効果的に推進​3. 顧客対応定期報告業務、顧客の技術的質問への対応4. 外部業務委託先の手配と管理メンテナンス作業を外部委託する際にサイトマネジャーと協力をして 、①委託先の選定②発注③進捗管理④業務管理を実施。一連の業務を主導し、全体のリソース最適化など様々な側面を統括協力会社などのチームメンバーを効果的にリードし、関係各所との円滑・良好な協力体制の構築と維持。外部委託先は、日本国内企業に限らず外国企業の場合もあり5. 予備品・消耗品・道工具管理風力発電機の保守部品・消耗品およびメンテナンス用工具の管理
