車載ディスプレイ機器など、日系自動車メーカへの法人営業を担当いただきます。全社売上に占める割合が高い部署であり、多くの社内関連部門と連携しながら、戦略立案、受注活動、顧客折衝等、幅広い業務をご担当いただきます。【担当機能】日系自動車メーカ向け電子部品（車載ディスプレイ機器）の法人営業【担当いただく業務】・商談推進、戦略立案・顧客折衝（価格交渉など）・プロジェクト立上げ、供給フォロー等、一連の業務を担っていただきます。【想定ポジション】リーダー候補初めの内は当社の製品に携わっていただき、数年後にリーダーとなっていただくことを想定しておりますが、ご経験によっては当初からリーダーとして従事いただく可能性もあります。

1. グローバル市場戦略の立案と実行:•グローバルエリア（北米、中東、アジア等）主担当と共に具体的な市場参入計画（Go-to-Market戦略）、事業開発活動、および目標達成に向けた実行計画を立案・推進する。•eVTOLに関する世界の場環境、競合動向、Advanced Air Mobilityに関する法規制動向の調査・分析を行い、グループメンバー並びに全社戦略へのフィードバックを行う。2. ユースケースの開拓と事業化推進:•各エリア特有の地理的・経済的背景を踏まえ、eVTOLの潜在的なユースケースを発掘し、事業化に向けたフィージビリティスタディを主導する。•現地の政府機関、地方自治体、および民間企業などのステークホルダーと強固な関係を構築し、社会実装に向けたソリューション提案を行う。3. 機体販売およびエコシステム構築の実務:•海外市場における事業開発のフロントランナーとして、正式購入に向けての覚書（LOI）ならびに、正式購入契約の締結に向けて契約交渉を担う。•離発着場の整備、充電インフラ、運航管理、保守メンテナンス体制など、社会実装に不可欠な「エコシステム」の形成に向け、現地の有力パートナー候補の特定および提携交渉を推進する。4. 事業実証と社会実装のマネジメント:•担当エリアにおける実証実験やデモフライトの計画立案、現地でのオペレーション調整、および各種契約関連の実務サポートを行う。•現地の航空当局や関連するステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを支援し、早期の社会実装に向けたハードルを解消する。#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
