A leading provider of intelligent cockpit and display HMI solutions for the global automotive industry, focusing on integrating advanced technology to create a smarter mobility experience.

■Role Overview
Act as the primary technical lead for automotive mechanical systems, managing development from program acquisition to post-SOP. Serve as the central point of contact for clients and global cross-functional teams, ensuring robust mechanical system integration and design maturity.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead system and component integration into mechanical systems.
・Manage development timing, budget, and design costs.
・Organize project teams and ensure proper documentation.
・Verify mechanical designs for feasibility and function.
・Establish and release 3D models, drawings, and BOMs.
・Support complex quality and manufacturing issues.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Required:
・BS degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
・5+ years experience in automotive OEM/Tier-1.
・Experience collaborating with cross-departmental teams.
・Business level English proficiency.

■Preferred:
・Experience with Japanese auto OEMs development.
・Knowledge of interior regulations (FMVSS 201, ECE-R21).
・Proficiency in 3D CAD (CATIA V5, NX).
・Experience with Mechanical Simulation tools.
