■Role Overview
Lead the Finance & Controlling function to drive financial stability, compliance, and strategic decision-making while managing accounting, tax, treasury, and controlling teams.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead budgeting, business planning, and management reporting
・Direct accounting, tax compliance, and treasury management
・Provide financial insights and decision support to executives
・Maintain internal controls, audit standards, and governance
・Drive cost discipline, process optimization, and risk mitigation
・Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Must to have:
・Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or business field
・Fluent English and Japanese skills (business-level or above)
・10+ years of relevant finance and controlling experience
・Proven leadership experience in international environments

Nice to have:
・Professional qualification (CPA, Tax, Treasury, Controlling)
・German language skills
・Automotive or multinational corporate background
