■About our Client
A world-leading automotive manufacturer driving innovation in vehicle technology and global mobility solutions.

■Role Overview
You will ensure the quality, functionality, and technical readiness of pre-series vehicles by evaluating, analyzing, and validating vehicle systems. Act as the primary interface between local test operations and global headquarters to resolve technical issues and support decision-making.

■Main tasks include:
・Evaluate and validate new vehicle functions and updates.
・Analyze whole vehicle systems and their interactions.
・Diagnose technical issues and drive corrective actions.
・Coordinate validation activities and special test programs.
・Ensure training and competency of local test drivers.
・Provide data-driven technical recommendations to HQ.

経験・スキル

■Required:
・BA/MA degree in a technical field or equivalent.
・Business level English and intermediate Japanese.
・Knowledge of whole-vehicle systems and architectures.
・Ability to conduct testing and document results accurately.

■Preferred:
・Strong strategy creation and cross-functional skills.
・Experience collaborating with global headquarters.
・Willingness to learn new vehicle technologies.
・Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
