■About our Client
A leading provider of intelligent cockpit and display HMI solutions for the global automotive industry, focusing on integrating advanced technology to create a smarter mobility experience.

■Role Overview
You will serve as the primary technical contact for automotive software systems, guiding development from program acquisition to mass production.
Also, you will lead the software project team to ensure successful integration, compliance with client requirements, and alignment with project timelines and budgets across global cross-functional operations.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead automotive software system development.
・Serve as the main technical contact for clients.
・Manage full SW process from requirements to testing.
・Ensure compliance with OEM deadlines and budgets.
・Coordinate interdependent concepts within core teams.
・Design optimal, cost-efficient software solutions.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Required:
・BS degree in EE, CS, or equivalent.
・5+ years of experience in automotive OEM/Tier-1.
・3+ projects developing embedded automotive products.
・Business level English and technical negotiation skills.

■Preferred:
・Experience with Japanese auto OEMs development.
・Knowledge of AUTOSAR, ASPICE, or ISO 26262.
・Automotive communication interface experience (CAN/LIN).
・Familiarity with Jira, CANoe/CANape, or Matlab.
