■Role Overview
Act as the primary technical lead for automotive hardware systems, guiding development from program acquisition to post-SOP. Serve as the central point of contact for clients and global cross-functional teams to ensure robust system integration.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead hardware system development.
・Act as key contact for OEM clients.
・Integrate and validate HW systems.
・Manage project timelines and costs.
・Design robust, cost-efficient solutions.
・Collaborate with global R&D teams.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Required:
・BS degree in EE, CS, or related field.
・5+ years in automotive OEM/Tier-1.
・HW circuit design & EMC knowledge.
・Business level English proficiency.

■Preferred:
・Experience with Japanese auto OEMs.
・Knowledge of DOORS and Visio.
・Cadence PCB layout experience.
・Cross-departmental project skills.
