■About our Client
A leading provider of intelligent cockpit and display HMI solutions for the global automotive industry, focusing on integrating advanced technology to create a smarter mobility experience.

■Role Overview
You will act as the technical leader for automotive product development, responsible for creating and maintaining the feature-based technical maturity of systems.
Also, serve as the primary customer contact, guiding projects from acquisition through mass production while ensuring integration across electronics, mechanics, and software.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead system development and integration.
・Serve as the main technical contact for clients.
・Ensure technical maturity meets project targets.
・Design for quality, manufacturing, and cost.
・Manage technical chance, risk, and changes.
・Collaborate with global R&D core teams.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Required:
・BS degree in EE, CS, or related field.
・5+ years experience in automotive OEM/Tier-1.
・3+ projects managing display/interior parts.
・Business level English and technical negotiation.

■Preferred:
・Experience with Japanese auto OEMs development.
・Knowledge of ASPICE (ISO/IEC 15504).
・Functional Safety (ISO 26262) experience.
・Cyber Security (ISO/SAE 21434) knowledge.
