A leading global FMCG company is seeking a strategic IR Professional to drive corporate value by leading investor relations strategies and managing stakeholder trust.

• Lead the planning and execution of long-term IR strategies.

• Spearhead earnings presentations, analyst meetings, and international roadshows.

• Oversee qualitative data in financial reports and manage communications with investors and analysts.

• Monitor market trends and provide executive management with feedback from the investment community.

経験・スキル

• Experience in IR (in-house) or buy-side or sell-side

• Native-level English and business-level Japanese (spoken & written)

• Strong finance knowledge with executive-level communication skills

• Strong presentation creation skills
