勤怠領域のリードとして、各事業会社の人事部門、IT部門、ベンダーなどと連携し、次期人事システムの導入と業務変革を推進していただきます。・各社の業務、勤務制度、就業規則を踏まえた要件・論点の整理、Fit & Gap分析・グループ標準を見据えた勤怠業務・運用設計と、課題解決・合意形成のリード・テスト計画、受入テスト、移行準備、教育・運用定着支援など、システム導入に伴うプロジェクトマネジメント・意思決定に必要な資料作成、進捗・課題管理、会議体の企画・運営・リリース後の安定運用、継続的な業務改善、追加施策およびデータ活用の推進※担当範囲は、ご経験や専門性、入社時点のプロジェクトフェーズに応じて調整します。

・Design and Establish a Global Governance Model: Lead the design, alignment with RHQ regulations, and institutionalization of a globally unified security policy/standard system, as well as the framework for minimum standards and exception management.・Integrate and Align Global Stakeholders: Lead alignment with RHQ, cross-functional collaboration with IT, Legal, and Audit, and consensus-building with both management and on-site teams, taking into account regional maturity differences (e.g., EU/APAC).・Raise Organizational Security Capability: Increase the overall governance maturity of the group through the design of security education for managers and executives, and by promoting organizational transformation that integrates security into management decision-making.
