・Forecasting & Strategic Planning: Collaborate on sales forecasts, support S&OP processes, and act as a strategic partner to drive sustainable growth and executive decision-making.
・Analytics & KPI Management: Conduct regular performance analyses across channels, maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards, and translate analytical findings into actionable business insights.
・Data Foundation & Infrastructure: Support data governance, quality, and reporting infrastructure while driving the hands-on implementation of analytical solutions.
・Global Tools & Vendor Management: Oversee the adoption of global data tools, manage external technology vendors, and collaborate with agency partners like Publicis to maximize ROI.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Data Analytics, Economics, etc.) and at least 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or commercial analytics within FMCG, eCommerce, or retail environments.
・Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, hands-on experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Google Analytics), and familiarity with AI-enabled analytics technologies.
・Core Competencies: Strong understanding of digital commerce models, experience in business planning, sales forecasting, and translating requirements into data-driven solutions.
・Communication & Languages: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with native Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
