Before moving to Japan to pursue her dreams here, Sai worked as a conveyancing lawyer in Kuala Lumpur. After an initial period focused on Japanese language study, Sai spent 2 years working in sales, where she sharpened her Japanese ability. She then moved to a recruitment firm specializing in legal/compliance search, where she was highly active in approaching candidates to offer tailored market information, always with the view to establishing long-term relationships.

Now at Randstad, Sai is a consultant in the legal, compliance and risk team.
