I am originally from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I moved to Japan for university in 2018 and have been based here ever since.
Before joining Randstad, I worked in the IT industry and education. These roles taught me how to communicate across cultures, adapt quickly, and stay focused on people's needs - skills I now apply in recruitment. Fluent in Vietnamese, English, and Japanese, I enjoy connecting with amazing people and hearing their unique stories.
