工場設立と社員数増加により迎えている「変革と急成長」の最前線で、HR Operation としてHR全体のスムーズな運営を支える重要なポジションです。主体的に改善を進めたい方にとって、事業拡大に伴うチャレンジングな環境で経験を活かしながら成長できるポジションです。・ビジネス戦略・組織戦略に基づき定められたC&B領域に関する実務を遂行する。 ・日本国内の人事関連オペレーションサービス（給与計算、社会保険、福利厚生、人事異動、規程管理等）の実務を遂行する。 ・人事担当窓口として社内外からの問い合わせや依頼に適切に対応し、対外的信用と社員満足度の向上に努める。 ・グローバルモビリティ部門と連携して、海外出向者の給与計算、出向開始時や終了時の必要な手続きなど、グローバルモビリティオペレーションに関わる実務と日々のサポート／サービスを行う。 ・異動、労務、退職／再雇用、休職／復職、採用等のプロセスにおいて、Workdayを含む人事システムへの登録を遂行し、データ処理・プロセス改善・部門連携を通じて人事オペレーションの精度と効率を高める。 ・C&B, HRオペレーションチームに関連する様々なプロジェクトや業務を担当する。 ・HR CoEの担当・補佐業務を通じて、HR全体の円滑な業務遂行と部門間の連携強化を支援する。#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
