Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.

•Partner with the business unit to align financial goals with strategic initiatives.•Develop financial models to support forecasts and scenario analyses.•Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-term planning.•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key variances and trends.•Monitor and evaluate business performance, providing insights into variances and recommending corrective actions.•Deliver actionable insights through analysis of business drivers and financial metrics.•Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other departments to ensure accurate financial data.

■業務内容ご経験に応じて、一般会計の一部をお任せ致します。＜一般会計＞・棚卸資産管理（原価計算、棚卸資産、マスタ登録他）・固定資産管理（稼働・償却・除売却の各処理、管理表作成他）・経費管理（管理表集計他）・海外の関連会社との連携、各国の経理担当者とメールやレビューセッションのやり取り・業務自動化、プロセス改善　等

■RtR(Record to Report) アカウントチームのアカウンタントとして、日常経理から決算業務まで財務・経理業務を幅広く対応していただきます。・経理業務全般（月次、四半期、年次決算）・会計システムへの伝票入力及び会計関連システムを使ったオペレーション・経費勘定管理及び勘定照合業務、固定資産勘定管理・J-SOX対応のための業務プロセス、関連書類検討及び改善活動・月次レポート作成を含め内部、外部監査に対する資料作成、会計監査対応その他・事業部門と調整して仕事の効率化を推進

・IRの推進・統合報告書の作成・決算説明資料（和文・英文）の作成・サステナビリティに関する取り組みの統括と対外説明・広報活動の推進

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:Play a key role in providing support to IPS team from financial point of view to maximize results.Take initiatives for improvements in process and way of working to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting.Establish new KPI measurement methods if needed and change rules to adapt business needs flexibly.Have full responsibility for monthly closing activities of IPS with accuracy in addition to analyzing deviations from target and reporting to IPS management team.Have full responsibility for the data quality, compliance with financial policies. and procedures across all controlling activities related to IPS.Responsible for documenting all financial process flows in IPS.
