■ポジション：アセットマネージャー（太陽光発電）■勤務地：東京本社（月1回程度の日帰り国内出張あり）■働き方：正社員（専門業務型裁量労働制／時間は実質フレキシブル）■年収：800万円～ ＋業績賞与 ※ご経験・現年収を考慮のうえ決定します。本ポジションは、稼働中の太陽光発電所における資産価値の最大化および長期的な安定稼働を牽引する重要な役割を担い、プロジェクトの健全な運営を全般的にリードしていただきます。■業務内容：・関係各社との各種契約管理・投資家向け運用報告書の作成・予算分析および配当等の計算・設備トラブル等の保険金請求・自治体や地権者等との折衝・発電効率最大化への分析業務・プロジェクトの発電量評価レポート及びその他エンジニアリングレポートの理解・管理・会計・税務、監査等との対応■その他・国内出張は、月に１回程度（日帰り）あります。・運転免許証の保持は必須となります。新幹線はグリーン車利用可。フライトはエコノミークラスです。・出張の日当は一日あたり5,000円支給されます。
