■Role Overview
Lead closing processes, AP/AR operations, and JGAAP/USGAAP reporting while overseeing SPC accounting and lender reporting for data center projects.
■Main tasks include:
・Lead monthly/annual closings with outsourced accounting providers.
・Oversee AP/AR processes and general ledger coding accuracy.
・Review JGAAP/USGAAP reporting packages from service providers.
・Perform budget variance analysis and present financial results.
・Prepare lender reporting, DSCR testing, and cash waterfalls.
・Review tax filings and manage employee expense approvals.

- 経験・スキル
- 【Must】
・3-6+ yrs in accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
・2-3+ yrs of hands-on SPC accounting experience.
・Experience training, mentoring, or leading team members.
・Nissho Boki Grade 3 or higher qualification.
【Want】
・JCPA, Licensed Tax Accountant, or Big 4 experience.
・Knowledge of fixed asset or construction accounting. - 学歴
