• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models.
• Partner with department heads to manage budgets, analyze variances, and evaluate the ROI of strategic initiatives.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and business dashboards to track performance.
• Streamline financial workflows and improve reporting tools.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

• 5–8+ years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A, with at least 1-2 years in a management capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with ERP and EPM/BI systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Tableau).
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to connect financial numbers to operational drivers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex financial data to non-financial leaders.
