• Financial Accounting: Manage full-cycle general accounting, monthly/annual closings, and reporting for both Japan and Korea.
• Planning & Analysis: Formulate annual budgets, create forecasts, and monitor budget-versus-actuals to support management decisions.
• Operations & Inventory: Collaborate with logistics to manage inventory, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and valuation reporting.
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide versatile, hands-on support across HR, IT, legal, and general office administration as needed.

- 経験・スキル
- • Required Certification & Experience: Nissho Boki 2nd grade (or equivalent) with 5+ years of practical experience in finance/accounting, closings, and budgeting.
• Required Skills: Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., Lookup, Sumifs) and Business-level English.
• Preferred Background: Experience handling broad administrative tasks in a small organization, knowledge of IFRS, and experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP or others).
• Preferred Languages: Korean language proficiency is a plus (not a must). - 学歴
