HR Business Partner Lead is responsible for aligning staff to business objectives, enhancing staff performance and supporting employee development.

This HRGA Specialist will in in charge of supporting the backoffice:・Supporting recruitment process, revision of personnel regulations, wage revision, labor-related matters・Managing office equipment and arrangement, company event support

This HR Strategy specialist will lead and implement various short-term to long-term HR strategies:・HR strategy formulation and major policy formulation・Progress management, improvement proposals, and implementation of projects related to promoting human resources strategies・Create and present rreports regarding personnel initiatives to the board of directors, etc.

・　Take the lead in the preparation and coordination of filings, including all financial statements, disclosures in accordance to JGAAP guidelines・　Review and maintain complete and detailed support of all filings ensuring all financials have supporting schedules that are complete, correct and accurate・　Review and provide feedback on external communications, including investor relations earnings releases, scripts, and presentations・　Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with internal controls related to reporting processes・　Support key stakeholders, including Chief Financial Officer, Head of Finance, Controller, Head of IR, Legal, and Tax・　Manage and review work of reporting team members

The risk & audit head supports the Japanese management team in securing the „in-control‟ position of the company by managing the overall internal control framework, providing the necessary tools and support and delivering assurance on selected areas.
