The role supports management decisions and oversees a division in accounting and finance. It requires communicating with the BU as well as other departments like HR and accounting, and gathering, analyzing, and delivering information to management:

• Analyzing, budgeting, and creating forecast
• Divisional P&L forecasts, year-on-year P&L analysis, KPI analysis, etc.
• Supporting ongoing projects to improve on-site operations efficiency

経験・スキル

• Skills to process large amounts of data and create reports (teams have been utlizing Alteryx and Tableau recently)
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing subordinate(s)
• Strong Communication skills
• Team player and collaborator
• Business level English and Japanese
• Bachelor degree, or above
