In this position, you will build trust with business partners, including the Seishin management team, and take on the role of FP&A for the plant by utilizing your finance and accounting knowledge.•Additionally, as a growth opportunity, you will be challenged with the plant's procurement operations together with one staff member. (Procurement experience is not required)•Main responsibilities include:•Collaborating with business partners to lead the process of mid-to-long-term strategy planning and business plan (short-term)•Supporting the Seishin management team's decision-making through OPEX/CAPEX budget management, monthly analysis, and reporting of key financial indicators for the Seishin Plant•Leading ad-hoc business case analyses for new projects and capital investments, and managing the project•Developing and executing procurement strategies, negotiating with external contract manufacturers and suppliers, and managing costs
