ポジションについてこの役割は、市場の地域デジタルとロイヤルティの運営と活動を管理する責任があります。 主な目標は、地域のマーケティングカレンダーに合致する地域デジタルアクティビティスケジュールを管理し、市場のデジタルセールスの成長を推進することです。■業務内容・CMOと協力して、デジタルアクティビティカレンダーを計画し最適化する。・マーケティングリーダーと協力して、Test＆Learnカレンダーを合意し、市場でプロモーションされるディールやコンテンツを最適化する。・地域のCRMスペシャリストを管理し、その市場のすべてのCRMとロイヤルティキャンペーンを計画し、ブリーフィングし、品質チェックする。・CRMスペシャリストと協力して、継続的なCRMリテールアクティビティを最適化するためのTest ＆Learnスケジュールを実行する（オファーテスト、送信時間テスト、件名テストなど）。・デジタルアクティベーションマネージャを管理し、市場のウェブサイトとウェブショップのオンサイトコンテンツとオファーを計画し実行する。・デジタルアクティベーションマネージャとITと連携し、新製品のローンチとキャンペーンに関するブリーフィングを行う。・アグリゲーターおよびパートナーシップマネージャを管理し、アグリゲーターメニューと価格を最新に保ち、アグリゲーターパートナーとの広告スケジュールを最適化し、アグリゲーターセールスのシェアを拡大する。・デジタルCOEと連携し、デジタルカレンダーと運用のベストプラクティスを採用し、デジタルチャンネルのベストプラクティス実行のための共有サービスを活用する。・リーダーシップに週次のデジタルアクティビティカレンダーとデジタルレポートを配布し、機会とリスクに関する調査を含む分析を提供して、アライメントと改善をガイドするのに役立ちます。・日々のeコマースのパフォーマンスメトリクスをレビューして、最適化の機会を示すプラスとマイナストレンドを特定する。・新しいデジタルプラットフォームの機能やイノベーションのローンチとアクティベーションを調整するための地域リードとしての役割。

The role of the HR Advisor is to ensure seamless, integrated, efficient high-volume HR activities including payroll and advisory services are provided to all employees and managers in Japan, enabling regional/global consistency and economies of scale. To measure, achieve and maintain high levels of productivity, effectiveness, customer service, operational performance and employee satisfaction. To consult with Business Partners and HR Operations Manager as appropriate to manage challenging and complex HR matters that need to be escalated. To support, revise and advocate the consistent application of policies and procedures across the business and build strong relationships within HR, Head Office and Retail employees.
