We also participate in meetings with companies and candidates as necessary, serving as their consulting partner.

When a client had a sudden opening for a department manager-level position, I was able to introduce an experienced candidate right away. We were able to minimize the impact on the client's business, and a word of thanks from the client made us feel that our involvement had significance.
