Under the supervision of Merchandising Manager, Allocation coordinator's mission is to support the sales achievement and establish Maison’s identity by optimizing stock visibility and representativity.・You will control & report the stock allocation of selected articles in collaboration with Distribution Planning team in HQ and local marketing team, according to your understanding of the supply chain model, boutique typology and visible assortment rules.・You will coordinate to secure the limited high-end stock for the client presentation, as well as communicate with HQ for WW stock transfer.・You will adjust boutique target stock to achieve the sales target and follow the sales trend, shank & stones MRP(Material Requirement Planning) review and participate in Mid-term / Full year Target stock review with HQ.

• Forecast sales and gross margin that support financial objectives:　o Bottoms up pre-season forecasting at item (SKU) level to align with marketing plan, merchandise strategies and the company’s financial goals.　o In-season monthly actualization and reforecasting based on　historical sales and business updates.• Forecast and manage inventory plan to support in-stock and inventory turn objectives:　o Collaborate with merchandise buyer to design inventory strategies that balance the composition of new, core and carry-over merchandise to support financial and margin goals.　o Pre-season planning to align with revenue, margin, and receipt goals.　o In-season reforecasting to identify inventory risks and determinereplenishment needs.• Formulate product purchase plan (OTB):　o Projecting sales & gross profit plan and purchase & inventory plan for each category based on the sales plan for each store established by area manager.　o Formulate more detaile

The position is responsible for managing inventory control across all channels and overseeing all merchandising related tasks for the outlet business. In order to achieve sales and sell through target she/he is required to be in charge of the comprehensive inventory management and daily outlet merchandising activities with numeric analytical skills together with deep knowledge of the inventory control / merchandising planning on fashion business. Moreover, she/he is expected to demonstrate proactive and innovative actions for further growth of the brand.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES・Control inventory level by allocating and consolidating merchandise to stores / events in a timely manner to achieve sales target by co-working working with RTW / LG Merchandising Managers and the other relevant departments.・Monitor overall inventory level by category, and implement necessary actions.・Build relationships with HQ to align on short-term & log-term inventory

商品の企画・開発・生産から、各展開国の経営やMDと協議しながら、指針となる商品計画・販売計画・マーケティング計画を立案します。
