The Senior Customer Success Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring the successful implementation of the company’s products and services. 業務内容：お任せするミッションによって業務内容の比重は差がありますが、チームで役割分担しながら、いかに多くの人に質の高い在宅医療を提供できるか、これからの地域医療をどのように形作るか思考し、実行までを担います。・診療サポート：医療物品管理、車での医師送迎、電子カルテ入力代行・地域医療に関わる関連事業所との連携：患者家族のみならず、地域の関連職種（訪問看護・薬局・ケアマネージャー・介護施設など）との患者情報の共有、対応依頼、情報交換・業務オペレーションの改善：クリニックでの業務フローの見直し、改善提案、施策の実行・相談員業務：訪問診療開始を希望される方と初期接点を持ち、最適な診療体制や保険利用を提案。契約締結サポート・集患営業：エリアマーケティング戦略、関連事業所との接点創出（各種施設への訪問、ＰＲ活動、勉強会企画など）・拠点マネジメント：ディレクターやマネージャーと協働しながら、メンバー育成などピープルマネジメント。医療職（医師、コメディカル）との折衝

―各データ(売上・消化率・利益率・需要予測等)分析・アクション策定・実行―各販売チャネル(直営店・アウトレット・EC)の商品/発注/売上計画の策定および在庫管理―プロダクトプロモーション計画・実行管理―予算策定・管理(週次・月次・年次)および計画に基づいたアクション策定・実行

・担当商品領域にシーズン/月/週の商売計画(商品数量計画・販売計画・在庫計画・消化計画)の作成・計画に基づいたマーケティング販促施策(サイト/情報発信)の立案と実行

Drive adoption of our Solution within assigned accounts through continuous increase in value leading to renewal and potential for new business.Work with customers to design their Customer Security Strategy aligned with our philosophy and provides continued value to the Customer and drive long-term account satisfaction and growth.Collaborate with the Sales Team for customer renewals, proactively identifying and prioritizing resources and effort according to perceived risk, potential growth, strategic value and renewal timeframe.Closely monitor adoption rates of assigned Accounts, providing insight to Customers.
