Under the supervision of Merchandising Manager, Allocation coordinator's mission is to support the sales achievement and establish Maison’s identity by optimizing stock visibility and representativity.

・You will control & report the stock allocation of selected articles in collaboration with Distribution Planning team in HQ and local marketing team, according to your understanding of the supply chain model, boutique typology and visible assortment rules.
・You will coordinate to secure the limited high-end stock for the client presentation, as well as communicate with HQ for WW stock transfer.
・You will adjust boutique target stock to achieve the sales target and follow the sales trend, shank & stones MRP(Material Requirement Planning) review and participate in Mid-term / Full year Target stock review with HQ.

経験・スキル

・Attentive and patient, able to listen to people's needs
・Team player and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
・Handle emergencies with peace of mind
・3-5 years of experience in merchandising or distribution in the fashion/luxury industry
・PC skills, especially Excel skills (experience with SAP, BI Analytics, Power BI, or other ERP systems is a plus)
・Native-level fluency in Japanese and business English
