Are you a highly skilled finance professional seeking to apply your expertise within a prestigious international environment? We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our Tokyo office. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key liaison between our local operations and the global finance department, ensuring operational excellence, rigorous compliance, and precise financial management.- Manage local payroll processes in close cooperation with external service providers.- Oversee the maintenance of accounting records in strict accordance with Japanese accounting standards, supported by external tax advisors.- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements, including consumption taxes.- Conduct comprehensive general ledger analysis and assist with the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.- Monitor cash flow and coordinate activities
