■About the company
Our client is a rapidly expanding global company known for its innovative consumer goods, driven by a strong pipeline of new products. The Japan team plays a critical role in the company's aggressive growth strategy across the APAC region.

■Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting duties, cash flow management, and monthly/yearly closing for Japan operations. Reports directly to the Senior Finance Director and collaborates closely with APAC finance teams.

■Main tasks include:
・Monitor daily cash flow and report regularly to regional treasury team
・Process vendor invoices, wire transfers, and manage AR/accrued rebates
・Handle T&E expenses, payroll accounting, and vendor reimbursements
・Support external tax professionals with VAT and corporate tax filings
・Act as main contact for internal/external auditors and tax authorities
・Manage GL postings, period closing, and partner with FP&A team

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Required】
・8+ years of accounting experience in an English-speaking environment
・Fluency in both written and spoken English and Japanese
・Solid knowledge of IFRS, JGAAP, and local Japanese tax regulations
・Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimum supervision

【Preferred】
・Hands-on experience with global ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
・Prior experience in a multinational consumer products or retail company
