■Role Overview
The Finance Manager leads local financial accounting and compliance operations for Japan. The role oversees month-end closes under US-GAAP and team development while working closely with US Headquarters.

■Main tasks include:
・Manage month-end closes and prepare US-GAAP financial statements.
・Maintain US SOX internal controls and lead audit responses.
・Coordinate corporate tax filings with tax advisors and US HQ.
・Forecast cash flows and manage liquidity with US Treasury.
・Review accounts payable, payroll, and accrual accounting entries.
・Lead, mentor, and develop the local finance team.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・10+ years of finance experience at US multinationals, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
・Strong expertise in US-GAAP accounting and SOX internal control frameworks.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business-level English.
・Experience in manufacturing finance, SAP ERP, or shared service centers is preferred.
