■About our Client
A fast-growing global platform providing strategic real estate and storage solutions across Japan.

■Role Overview
You will lead financial planning, performance analysis, and capital management for Japan operations while serving as a strategic business partner to regional leadership.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial model creation.
・Provide data-driven financial insights to local and group management.
・Monitor portfolio performance to identify growth and profit opportunities.
・Manage liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and debt facilities.
・Drive process improvements to optimize financial reporting accuracy.
・Liaise with Group Finance and mentor local junior team members.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Must Have]
・Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or planning.
・Business-level or higher proficiency in English and Japanese.
・Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
・Finance background in real estate, infrastructure, or related fields.

[Nice to Have]
・Experience in capital management, liquidity, or debt financing.
・CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional accounting credentials.
・Proven track record of team leadership or mentoring staff.
