■Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing General Ledger (GL) operations for designated luxury maisons, preparing financial statements, ensuring internal control compliance, and driving finance process optimization projects.

■Main tasks include:
・Manage GL functions and post journal entries for designated luxury maisons.
・Support the preparation of financial statements and closing processes.
・Lead or participate in finance process optimization initiatives.
・Establish, maintain, and enhance internal controls per group standards.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share best practice knowledge.
・Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks and support audit requirements.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Must Have]
・5+ years of accounting experience in foreign retail, especially in GL.
・Proficiency in Excel and accounting ERP systems.
・Strong communication, team-oriented mindset, and time management.
・Business-level or higher Japanese skills.

[Nice to Have]
・CPA / U.S. CPA or equivalent certification (for Assistant Manager level).
・Nissho Bookkeeping Grade 1 or equivalent (for Senior Accountant level).
・Track record in process improvement or project implementation.
