■Role Overview
You will responsible for leading financial operations including payments, GL management, and tax compliance for Japan operations while collaborating with global teams and supervising junior staff.

■Main tasks include:
・Manage payment processing for business expenses and vendor invoices.
・Oversee and review journal entries for accurate GL management.
・Support tax compliance, filings, and coordination with advisors.
・Perform month-end and year-end closing with global finance teams.
・Provide financial analysis and reporting to support key management decisions.
・Supervise team members and support audit and internal compliance tasks.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
[Must Have]
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
・CPA or USCPA qualification.
・5+ years of accounting experience in GL, payments, and tax.
・Solid understanding of J-GAAP and Japanese tax regulations.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to accuracy and detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
・Business-level in both English and Japanese
