高圧電源用の変成器、遮断機を重点的に担当。特にデータセンターの受配電設備のインストールからサービスを担当いただきます。【具体的には】1.営業と協力し、お客様のニーズに基づいたサービスを設計し提供。良質なサービスを継続的に提供するため、3rd Partyの管理を含めた持続可能なサービス体制を構築します。会社の提供するサービスと戦略に沿って、契約の詳細をお客様にプレゼンします。サービス予算を達成するために、様々なサービス(定期メンテナンス、試運転、スペア パーツ、アップグレード提案等)を販売します。2.機器の設置や試運転、定期メンテナンスなどのサービス業務を独立して計画し、実行します。サービス業務を通じて技術的な問題点を特定し、さまざまなサービスカテゴリー（設置、試運転、定期メンテナンス、増設、更新など）についてリモートまたはオンサイト活動を通じて分析を行います。種々の製品に習熟し、経験の浅いエンジニアをアシスト。3.海外工場の協力のもと機器の故障をトラブルシューティングし、将来的に問題を繰り返さないための提案を行います。4.お客様のご要望に応じたサービス業務を遂行し、お客様の満足度向上に貢献します。顧客との良好な関係を維持します。サービス業務を通じて新しい販売機会を特定し、社内（営業、プロダクトマーケティング等）へ情報を伝達します。5.法的要求や業務フローを理解し、契約書作成、PO発行、調達などの一般管理業務を遂行します。サービス活動に 必要な部材、部品、工具等がサービス活動に適した品質で利用可能であるよう保ちます。6.試運転マニュアルなど作業に必要なドキュメントを作成します。お客様が署名するすべての書類と報告書を準備しま す。行われた作業をタイムリーに報告し、必要に応じてフォローアップします。自社工場やパートナーから提供される図面類を照査します。7.安全規則や安全な作業、環境への責任を適用します。安全でない行為やインシデントを報告します
