■Role Overview
As a key strategic partner to business leaders, you will own the P&L, build financial models, and leverage data to drive growth and profitability.

■Main tasks include:
・Manage and own the fast-growing P&L across logistics and marketing.
・Partner with business and tech leaders to drive strategy and goals.
・Perform deep-dive analysis on food delivery metrics and root causes.
・Build predictive models and track KPIs using large data sets.
・Improve BI dashboards and automate financial reporting processes.
・Support financial modeling for new business launches and negotiations.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
Must-Have:
・Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills.
・Strong expertise in Excel, SQL, and data analysis.
・Proven experience in financial modeling and data-driven analysis.
・Ability to partner effectively with non-finance business leaders.

Nice-to-Have:
・CPA, CA, or MBA qualification.
・FP&A experience in a fast-paced technology or marketplace environment.
・Track record of developing new financial tools and managing teams.
