お客様に納入した製品に品質的な問題が起きた際の対応（クレーム対応）をお願いします。海外では問題にならない品質問題でも日本市場では問題になる事があり、それらの問題を日本のお客様と海外工場との間に立って解決に導いて頂きます。出張：海外出張が年１回あるかないか（ヨーロッパの工場）。国内：顧客訪問、サプライヤー訪問、2週間に1度。

＜業務内容＞お客様に納品した製品に品質に関する問題が生じた際に、海外工場との間に立って問題をクロージングします。品質に関するカスタマーサポートの様なイメージです。※海外工場は、ItalyとFinlandがメイン。他Germanyなどヨーロッパが多く、アジアでは中国もあります。＜ミッション＞セールス、オペレーション、サプライ チェーン マネジメント、プロダクトマーケティング マネジメント、フィーダーファクトリー、その他の社内外の利害関係者と連携して、顧客の品質問題（技術、保証、製品品質）の処理と管理の解決に責任を持つ。顧客の苦情ケースを担当し、要件にタイムリーに解決しながら、緊密なサポートを提供することにより、完全な顧客満足を確保。日本市場向けの社内製品品質通知の解決を調整し、主導していただきます。＜役割と責任＞◼ 日本市場向けの製品品質問題に責任を持つ。◼ すべての利害関係者 (内部および外部) と協力して、顧客が満足する完全な問題解決の確保。◼ 問題の根本原因を分析し、再発を防ぐために恒久的な是正措置と予防措置が確実に実施されるようにする。◼ 最初の苦情から最終的な解決まで、質の高いカスタマーエクスペリエンスの保証。◼継続的な改善活動のサポート。➢製品の欠陥 PPM を監視し、関連する利害関係者と協力して、時間をかけてPPMを下げる。➢製品の欠陥の傾向を特定して監視し、フィーダー工場と協力して解決します。◼ 社内ツールを使用してケース管理のサポート。➢Salesforce (SFDC) は、ケースを追跡し、ケースの詳細と解決策を記録します。➢フィーダー工場への品質表示の作成➢顧客の苦情を作成する➢SAPでの受注・購買・仕入れ・商品情報➢MS Office 365 製品扱い

高圧・特別高圧機器全般（負荷開閉器/遮断器/コンタクタ/ヒューズ/高圧・特別高圧スイッチギア/保護継電器など）のアフターサービスの品質管理を担当していただきます。品質に関するクレーム対応などを通して、お客様へのおとしどころをコンプロマイズしていく、売った後の品質問題をお客様との間にたってクロージングしていただく動きとなります。

Support Local Operation Unit Manager in all Quality work related to the pro-jects being executed business unit of company. Ensure assurance support to the project management team in all quality related issues in the project to support project objective achievement in terms of quality, supplier & subcontractor quality, and customer satis-faction. Assuring and controlling Quality with systems, tools and teams to satisfy custom-er expectations while ensuring sustainable quality operations.
